 Photoshop Frame Animation Tutorials 

1. Video 1

This video covers the basics of Frame by Frame animation in Adobe photoshop for beginners. The tools used include the timeline panel and brush tool which seem realizably easy to use and understand. The video also showcases how to use these tools and how to add frames, draw on each frame using the brush tool, and lastly play back the animation. Overall, this video provided a clear and concise introduction on frame by frame animation on photoshop, that I feel set a foundation for my understanding on how to use this feature. 

2. Video 2

This video showcased a slightly more challenging or complex tutorial on how to use animation in photoshop. It was harder to grasp the more advanced techniques that were used such as creating smoother animations using the onion skinning tool. In addition, It also showed how to adjust the the timing of the animation and export the final result. Overall, while this video was harder to understand than the other beginner tutorials it did provide helpful information on tools and exporting.

This video shows a more suitable tutorial for how to use frame by frame animation in photoshop. It showcased several helpful elements including creating a new document, adding frames, and using the brush tool to draw on each frame. Overall, I found this tutorial to be the most helpful and easy to comprehend the the provided materials and tools featured.

Original Sketches 3 Designed Business Cards   Artist Statement For this assignment I created my own personal business cards using Adobe InDesign. I first began by sketching out my original vision of what I thought I wanted my business cards to look like, however when it came time to actually designing I found new inspiration. I first step up the layout of the InDesign file to have six sides too it so three cards in total. I then downloaded two image backgrounds from Morguefile which I placed in the background of my cards to act as a backdrop for the rest of my design. I next created various designs including a sunflower, my initials, a border, and different colored variations of my tag brush.   Artist  Statement  For this assignment I worked on creating my own animation using Adobe Photoshop. For the animation I decided to do it with the inspiration of my dog chasing a ball. To create it I found an image of a dog through a google search in two different positions that would look like it is running and sitting. I also found an image of a tennis ball and used the quick election tool to trace around the ball. When it came time to creating the actual frame animations I decided to create a story of two dogs chasing one another and chasing after the ball. Overall, I found this assignment to be slightly challenging when creating the vision that I had in my mind, however I am happy with how it turned out.

          In this project I utilized Adobe Photoshop to transform an image into four different variations of color. The original image used in this photo is a photograph of myself on a vacation in Cabo Mexico showcasing me outside next to a large cactus. The purpose of this image was to showcase myself connecting to nature. For this project I began by transforming the image into black and white on Photoshop so that I had a good base for what came next. I began with by black and white image and choose three variations of color plates that I feel best fit this image using abode color generator. For the first colored version I chose a triad of colors, the second featuring a split complementary, and the last was complementary color palate.
